I'm very sorry my poor english :-( I've tried to found it at the search and I've not founded. Can I to change various tags for the same image at the same time, in a unique instruction? Thanks a lot in advance.

Yes...
exiftool -exif:Make="Canon" -exif:UserComment="my comment" -xmp:city="New York" test.jpg

-if that's what you mean.
