Specify prefix for server files with wsdl2perl

wsdl2perl has an option to specify a prefix/package for the types, elements, typemaps and interfaces. Can a similar option be added for the server files? These are generated with the '-s' option, but I don't see an option to set the prefix/package.

This is already fixed in SVN. You can get a updated version at
https://soap-wsdl.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/soap-wsdl/SOAP-WSDL/trunk/bin/wsdl2perl.pl
