Failed test 20

I am trying to install text::aspell onto a shared hosting server. I got the latest version of aspell and the english dictionary installed - and now I'm trying to install the text::aspell module. However I get an error. I can't post the error though as I get complaint from the forum software. Therefore I will give a link to a text file containing my post. Any sigguestiosn are apprechated. Test 20 breaks in newer versions of Aspell. A new version was uploaded to CPAN that deals with this. But you can ignore it. You likely figure this out by now, but test 20 attempts to read a config option that is no longer set by default in Aspell.
