Browse feature

I looked through the "todo's" and didn't see this feature. It would be nice to have a page that gave a list by module names, and maybe categories, where you can see the ratings that have been given to each module, and maybe how much activity a module has seen on cpanforum.com.

I see I was mistaken about the ratings, thinking they are part of this site's data; but instead they are a link to the cpanrating site.
However, I still think a browse feature would be nice, with sorting of the table by clicking on the top of the columns. Maybe I could dig in and see how difficult that would be instead of just talking about it.
