Text-CSV_XS - how to install?

Hi All, I'm very new to perl and I'm still trying to learn. I was able to successfully install Perl 5.8.. on Windows and I can see that ppm works. I'm trying to install Text::CSV_XS package but the PPM can't find the package. I didn't really understand why. In anycase, I located the source code and tried to download it to my machine but it still didn't work. Can some one explain, how I can install the package? Thanks PerlBeginner

did you resolve this? so hard to get things done in perl.. i am this close to moving to python :)
