I am looking for a very easy way (preferably GUI) to rotate images losslessly. I am a Macintosh user. Any suggestions?

For lossless rotation on Mac OS X, I use GraphicConverter (GUI, but not free) and jpegtran (command line, and free). I'm sure there are others, but these two work well for me.
