TAP version and Tap3edit

Hi Can we use the Tap3edit to dump the structure of TAP 3.11 files? I tried for 3.09 and it works fine. For 3.11 files I am getting the following errors. Any one has suggesstions? Thanks Parse error before (SIZE(7)) TaxType ::= [APPLICATION 217]
