So has anyone actually used this module in the real world?

I'm looking at using this module for processing connection applications for an ISP. The use of XML to define the workflow, persitance in a DB looks very promissing. Any real world feedback on it?

James Smith has incorporated Workflow into Gestinanna, you might want to ping him.

I've also had a few emails from people using it in the real world but nothing like a case study.

FWIW, Workflow was written as a more generic version of a system that's been in production for the last 2-3 years.
