Missing Formatter and Formatter-HTML-HTML

Hi there!

Nice initiative this! I've subscribed to all my own modules, in case somebody posts something. :-)

However, two of my modules were missing, they are both at search.cpan.org:
http://search.cpan.org/dist/Formatter-HTML-HTML/
http://search.cpan.org/dist/Formatter/

The last one is just a POD. It is a specification. The former was first released as a developer release. I guess those two things could have made them not show up.

Actually, you may want to have a look at them, they were created to allow easy formatting of text, Textile, Wiki stuff, or bad HTML... :-)

I have added them both now manually.

I should take some time to finish the automation code, or at least the GUI interface so I won't have to fiddle with SQL
