HDVideo and Content Rating tags

Is it possible to write the HDVideo tag used by iTunes to show whether a video is HD? I'd also like to be able to set the content rating, so that for video files I could get iTunes to display the rating of a movie (PG, PG-13, etc...) or TV show. Is this possible with ExifTool?

Sorry, ExifTool doesn't yet write any video file formats.
