Hanging within drmaa_init

Hi,

Has anybody experienced this module hanging within drmaa_init ?
I have C programs running fine but perl code hanging in drmaa_init -> ... -> init_commlib -> pthread_mutex_lock -> _umtx_op and assume some magic perl influence.

Hi! We've seen this behavior when we did drmaa_init more than once . It seems drmaa MUST be initialized only once per session . Tom

No, calling drma_init was not the case. It was something like this or this. Call stack was the same. Reinstalling perl and all modules helped but I still feel like seeing magic.
If any freebsd\perl expert can explain it to me I will really appreciate.
