I wanted to build an awesome place for people to discuss module specific issues, but I don't have any more time for this, and there are much better places to discuss Perl-related issues. I'd recommend asking your question on Stack Overflow or on Perl Monks.
If you are looking for a Perl tutorial or Perl-related news, I hope these links will serve you well.

ExifToolGUI: change Exif time taken date
I am simply trying to use your app for bacth changing of the Exif time 1. List index out of bounds (0) I get this when I select a picture the following path \\server\etc\picture1 picture2 Same error when I select a picture in My Documents\My pictures\etc\picture1 picture2 2. When I continue and select the ^ under EXIF, and I set modify Main/DateTime/ModifyDate and check in change: then SAVE, I get error "No message from exiftool?" Please can you tell me if I can use ExifToolGUI to change Exif date taken? thanks

Re: ExifToolGUI: change Exif time taken date
Hi,

From what you describe, it's hard to tell why that happens (I assume, it doesn't happen on all image files).
Please send me one or two "problematic" images, so I can check:
bogdan[dot]hrastnik[at]siol[dot]net
-and write word "exiftool" in subject line.

Re: ExifToolGUI: change Exif time taken date
I'm writing this for future readers -so thread wouldn't be seen as "unsolved".

In short: OP has downloaded (and installed) wrong Exiftool package. For ExifToolGUI to work, "Windows Executable" (zip!) package is needed.
