perl 5.10.0 - Running 'upgrade' in CPAN always wants perl-5.8.9

Hi...

I have recently installed perl 5.10.0 on Solaris 2.8. I managed to get CPAN working through our firewall and have successfully installed modules.

When I run 'upgrade', it always gets to the point where it tells me newer versions are in perl-5.8.9, which it then tries to install. I've always aborted that, because I don't with to replace my hard-earned 5.10 version...

Can I make CPAN install only the perl library contained in perl 5.8.9?

Thanks,
Michael
