Can't install- problem with permissions?
Dear all, I'm having problems installing Bioperl because my permissions seem to be wrong. I'm running Leopard on a Macbook pro and I have perl 5.8.8 installed. I have enabled the root user, as i thought this would give me all the admin privileges that I needed, however as you can see from the top of the attached script, it does not. Help!! Many thanks, Harry
