Each time I (try to) use CPAN it end with "Killed".
I'm kind of new with CPAN, so I don't know where to find log-files (there not in /root/.cpan).
Anybody can give me a hint where to start to solve this problem?

You might want to try
install Bundle::CPAN
reload cpan
without quitting the current session. It should be a seamless upgrade
while we are running...
