from what i gather, there isnt much documentation on how to install this module on activeperl windows platform.

installing with PPM is unsuccessful. So the problem now is how to manually install using the downloaded tar.gz file.

from what i gather you must have installed IMAGER (ppm is okay) and OPENCV (download from source forge) apart from that the makefile still fails.
