Installation of Win32-API

I wanted to build an awesome place for people to discuss module specific issues, but I don't have any more time for this, and there are much better places to discuss Perl-related issues. I'd recommend asking your question on Stack Overflow or on Perl Monks.

Hi all, I downloaded the Win32-API-0.41.tar.gz but I dont know how to install it. I have been trying to find out from various posts on how to install...but still unsuccessful. Coudl some one please help... Note: my OS is windows XP and I am havign Activestate perl.
