Problems with install

I wanted to build an awesome place for people to discuss module specific issues, but I don't have any more time for this, and there are much better places to discuss Perl-related issues. I'd recommend asking your question on Stack Overflow or on Perl Monks.

Hello, could anybody write how it will be possible to install this module on Win XP I have already read the documentation to the module, but it doesn't intall. If I copy the pm-file to perl lib directory and try to use it in script, perl tell me, what he cannot locate it. Please help me.
