irma, It looks like http://ppm.activestate.com is off-line. Do you have the module Win32::OLE already installed? I can reproduce the error on a "clean" win-xp system. I also tried ppm install Win32::OLE and it doesn't find the repository (with clear errors this time). I guess you'll have to wait for the repository to come back on-line... -- Abe.
