Hello Phil, I know how to get the version number of ExifTool, but the problem is that most Setup programs read the version number from the properties of the EXE file. It's a resource entry inside the Windows project. You can see this version number in a compiled EXE when you are looking to the properties of the .EXE file and change to the tab "Version".
