In general, it means that these tags are not valid for other Pentax models (*istD, K100, etc). The data exists, but it doesn't represent the same information as for the K10D, and the actual meaning hasn't yet been decoded. However, it could be that some of these tags are valid for the K20D, but I don't have enough K20D samples yet to say for sure.
