ppd file format
Hello We are updating a (Windows) application that contains a perl module which makes use of the GO-TermFinder package to retrieve GO terms annotating genes, as well as the ancestors of these terms. Originally this package (version 0.4) was available through the Perl Package Manager. Apparently this is no more the case :-( So we decided to run ppm interactively (install command). But for this we need a ppd version of the GO-TermFinder package. Actually it is probably preferable to switch to a more recent version than the one used originally, for example version 0.64 (which does not require C++ compiler). Many thanks in advance for your answer. MD Devignes Lu Zhang LORIA (CNRS-INRIA-Nancy University)
