I'm not sure if you noticed already but I see there's a new[er] RTx-Shredder available with a date of 21 Jul 2005. Maybe that will help you? I'm not sure what version of RTx-Shredder I'm running but I'm using it successfully with RT version 3.4.2. It runs very slowly for some reason but it does delete the ticket I specify. I'm almost certain I'm not using the current RTx-Shredder (unless a co-worker updated it without my knowledge). I couldn't find the version number in the file but the md5sum is 088e75923b310b546f431523be0c868e if that helps you compare to what version you have. I'm contemplating just going and deleting records with some SQL queries rather than with RTx::Shredder. I'm not really sure if that's a wise idea, but the number of tickets I have times the number of seconds to purge a ticket works out to about 26 days of waiting.
