I've been working on a lot of changes and enhancements to the OperServ subclass. I thought it would be a good idea to have OperServ gain +o whenever it joins a channel, instead of every server operator. There's no point in operators gaining +o in channels they do not own.

Currently these are the new commands (as of version 1.22):

join CHANNEL
mode CHANNEL MODE

As of version 1.25 (not applied yet by BinGOs):

part CHANNEL
op CHANNEL USER

As of version 1.25: Server operators will no longer gain +o when they join a channel, with the exception of OperServ itself.
