does XML Stream work on an Windows Active State perl installation? I can't seem to find XML Stream on any of the (2) ppm repositories that I looked on (Active States and trouchelle) and when I do a make i get: C:\!\temp\XML-Stream-1.22 make makefile make: *** No rule to make target `C:\Perl\libConfig.pm', needed by `makefile'.
