I wanted to build an awesome place for people to discuss module specific issues, but I don't have any more time for this, and there are much better places to discuss Perl-related issues. I'd recommend asking your question on Stack Overflow or on Perl Monks.
If you are looking for a Perl tutorial or Perl-related news, I hope these links will serve you well.

Using different character codings in one command line
Hi, I want to write XMP and IPTC data to an image at the same time. For the XMP data I want to save it in UTF8, the IPTC data should be saved as Latin1. Is it possible to do it in one step? For the IPTC data I would need the "-L" option, but this option prevents saving the XMP data correctly, doesn't it. I tried out a lot yesterday and now I'm a bit confused. Best regards + many thanks Schmidtze
