I'm scanning with plugin ID 16193 (anti-virus check). If I disable my anti-virus software and scan with my Nessus Windows or Unix client, it shows a security hole. If I perform the same scan with ScanLite, it does not show a security hole. In my Nessus log file I see where all of the dependent plugins are running from the ScanLite scan. If I have my anti-virus software enabled, the ScanLite scan will return a note with the version information from my anti-virus software, so I know that the SMB credentials I've specified in the ScanLite preferences are working. I checked and all clients are using NTP 1.2 when they connect to the Nessus server. I also exported my Windows Nessus client session preferences and configured them in ScanLite. Thanks to anyone that can tell me what might be causing this.
