I wanted to build an awesome place for people to discuss module specific issues, but I don't have any more time for this, and there are much better places to discuss Perl-related issues. I'd recommend asking your question on Stack Overflow or on Perl Monks.
If you are looking for a Perl tutorial or Perl-related news, I hope these links will serve you well.

HTML::Tidy on Windows
I am somewhat new to Perl and I am trying to use HTML::Tidy on Windows. I am running ActiveState Perl and the module is not available through the download manager. I understand that I have to install libtidy first. Any idea how I install libtidy? I ran the installer I found at http://tidy.sourceforge.net/ but it does not seem to be working. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
