NOAA changed server name on Jan 23, 2007

Seems that NOAA changed their server-names on Jan 23 this year. If your WeatherNWS doesn't work any more, edit WeatherNWS.pl, goto line 39 and change "weather.noaa.gov" to "tgftp.nws.noaa.gov".
