I have made a PPM for 0.9.0 as it's not that easy to build - you have to use VC, mingw etc. won't work. If someone can provide a decent location for it, I'll mail it to them. Building it under VC8 (VS 2005) is a pain due to the messy manifest stuff - the default compiler options in the source package don't generate a usable result due to dependencies on MSVCR80.DLL.
