We need support for below listed CVS commands ..

1. 'cvs log' (Listed in manual but distribution does not have it).
2. 'cvs add'
3. 'cvs remove'
4. 'cvs admin'
5. 'cvs history'
6. 'cvs annotate'

Are there any activity going on to provide CVS Perl API for above listed commands ? If NO, what are other alternatives/ways to get them ?
