Hallo

Im a new User of Audio::TagLib and have only written a poor sample programm.

Using of TagLib::String->toCString() with 8-Bit chars results in perl-warnings like:
Malformed UTF-8 character (unexpected end of string) at ./mp3rename.pl line 25.
Wide character in print at ./mp3rename.pl line 37.

This seems me like a bug.

Im using perl version 5.8.4.
