Help with installation.

I wanted to build an awesome place for people to discuss module specific issues, but I don't have any more time for this, and there are much better places to discuss Perl-related issues. I'd recommend asking your question on Stack Overflow or on Perl Monks.

Hi, I'm trying to install OpenPGP module into my Sun system, but because of the security policy, the ftp service is not allowed. so I can't fetch the files from the ftp server. is it possible that I download the files manually instead of downloading them automatically? Thanks, Jason
