make sure that this line in your script Geo::Coder::US->set_db("geocoder.db")
points to the database with the correct full path. I had to edit the example scripts to change it to Geo::Coder::US->set_db("/usr/local/geocode/geocoder.db") because my db was in a nfs share mounted on /usr/local/geocode
