I know it's probably something I'm doing wrong, but I can not get my message to fail in the verify routine. I need a validator that can handle import and elementFormDefault = qualified and I thought this would work better than XML::Validator::Schema since it doesn't handle either of these situations. Any help anyone may be able to offer would be greatly appreciated.
