Well, the FriendChanges module included with WWW::Myspace does what you're looking for. It's a simple install if you know Perl and UNIX. Instructions are in the "README" file. But, you really need to know enough UNIX and Perl to be able to install and use a Perl module, and I'm afraid there's no easy way for me to walk you through it (it'd be like telling you how to drive somewhere if you hadn't driven a car before). If you have any friends who like programming or system administration, I'd suggest they might be able to help.
