There is a time conversion bug (CPAN Bug #11720) in V0.3.

This bug causes 'make test' to fail on any system outside central europe... :-(

Any Weather::Com::DateTime object may return wrong values (maybe depending on your servers localtime, should work fine in central europe...).

This will be fixed in V0.3.1 (special bugfix release) comming soon (until March, 5th, 2005).
