I am not sure why you want to download version 0.93 (as specified in the link you provided), but what you got instead was version 2.0403 (the latest). I suggest either you download the tar ball for 0.93 (http://search.cpan.org/~flora/Moose-0.93/) and extract what you want, or the more recommended approach, which would be to update to the latest Moose. All this said, none of the Moose dev team hangs out on CPAN Forum and in general we do not provide support through this site.
