Install SOAP Lite on Cygwin

I wanted to build an awesome place for people to discuss module specific issues, but I don't have any more time for this, and there are much better places to discuss Perl-related issues. I'd recommend asking your question on Stack Overflow or on Perl Monks.

Hi, I was trying to install SOAP-Lite on Cygwin for Perl v5.10.1. I was using the command perl -MCPAN -e 'install SOAP::Lite' but I always get an error stating "install seems impossible". Can someone please gude me how I could go about the installation. Thanks in Advance
