Why is Protocol-Modbus not available via CPAN?
I can see Protocol-Modbus on search.cpan.org and it looks like a
typical module. Yet on a Linux (CentOS 5.7) box using Perl
5.8.8, using the "cpan" command I've used for dozens of other
modules, it claims it's not on CPAN. What gives?
