I wanted to build an awesome place for people to discuss module specific issues, but I don't have any more time for this, and there are much better places to discuss Perl-related issues. I'd recommend asking your question on Stack Overflow or on Perl Monks.

Hrm... I guess I can't reproduce it with an isolated example. I'll dig into our codebase more and see if I can figure out what's going on. Maybe there's a method somewhere that isn't specifying the number of tests so the plan can't be determined at compile time; some of our newer developers have been in the bad habit of doing that. Sorry for the erroneous report.
