Missing DBI-1.59 for download from CPAN

I wanted to build an awesome place for people to discuss module specific issues, but I don't have any more time for this, and there are much better places to discuss Perl-related issues. I'd recommend asking your question on Stack Overflow or on Perl Monks.

Dear all, The actual version we are using in our software is DBI-1.59 with DBD::Oracle-1.21. DBI-1.59 isn't downloadable from CPAN anymore. Is there any issue with this version and what version would you suggest to upgrade? Thanks for any input Regards Robi
