I have a package with PPMs for perl 5.8, 5.10 and 5.12. Package also includes a copy of the 0.9.1 CPAN source ported for strawberry perl 5.12 - it compiles and installs cleanly. Some Windows SEH exception handling is disabled in order to get it to compile but this isn't very important and does not impact functionality. Mail at Philip AT kime.org.uk if you would like it.
