Ok, I got it... The 3 line hack from the bug report had to be inserted in two places: one for "qualified" and the other for "unqualified" types of child elements. In version 2.00.10 of SOAP::WSDL::XSD::Typelib::ComplexType that translates to lines 375 and 381 of + the original file.
