I wanted to build an awesome place for people to discuss module specific issues, but I don't have any more time for this, and there are much better places to discuss Perl-related issues. I'd recommend asking your question on Stack Overflow or on Perl Monks.

Compilation error.
I just attempted to install 1.13 and I'm getting the following error: Missing right curly or square bracket at /Library/Perl/5.10.0/Net/SMPP.pm line 2517, at end of line syntax error at /Library/Perl/5.10.0/Net/SMPP.pm line 2517, at EOF. Install on MacOSX running perl5.10. Had the same issue on Ubuntu 9.10.
