I wanted to build an awesome place for people to discuss module specific issues, but I don't have any more time for this, and there are much better places to discuss Perl-related issues. I'd recommend asking your question on Stack Overflow or on Perl Monks.

There's a mailing list if you prefer that for discussion.
I don't know the google Adwords API - but what I can tell is that the typemap branch is to become the 2.1 version.
I still (ocassionally) do development on SOAP::WSD, but my time is becoming increasingly limited, so there's no fixed release plan.
