Site updated to v0.17

I wanted to build an awesome place for people to discuss module specific issues, but I don't have any more time for this, and there are much better places to discuss Perl-related issues. I'd recommend asking your question on Stack Overflow or on Perl Monks.
If you are looking for a Perl tutorial or Perl-related news, I hope these links will serve you well.

I am happy to let you know that I have upgraded the site to v0.17 of the code.

It is still mainly internal changes but besides the new bugs I managed to add, hopefully this will make another step in the direction to improve the website.

The major changes are:
* Fixing several issues reported in 0.16
* Fixing the code updating the cpan ratings
* Allowing again the user to reset forgotten passwords
* Starting to use mod_perl

Hopefully this last item will further improve the speed of the web site and will allow growing the number of visitors.

If you encounter any issues, please report them on the forum or if it is not available then via e-mail or IRC.
