I am vaguely familiar with web services and SOAP, from the user side, but I am interested in writing my own queries. I installed SOAP-Lite, to my LINUX box, and am fired up to get started. I am acquired the necessary URL's to my data store, but I need a little help getting started. To demonstrate how much of a newbie I am, to both SOAP-Lite and LINUX, note that I installed SOAP-Lite, on my Mandriva box, but I cannot FIND it via the 'Star' (application) menu. Yeah...I'm starting at step #1.... Anyway, if anyone can point me in the direction of what I need to know, I'd surely appreciate it. Until then, I'll read the forum and try to absorb what I can.
