Variables in YAML format

Hi,

My question is about YAML format.

Is that possible to use a YAML variable such as:

format_name: "HTML" about: "This document is in the {format_name} format."

I believe tags can be used, such with &id001 and *id001 for instance, but I don't know if this way is usable in a string.
