I'm looking for a way to add a comment to a ticket along with the TimeTaken attribute. As far as I can tell the RT.pm module has support for this, but I haven't been able to achieve the same result with this module. I've been able to add a comment and then set the time_worked field on the ticket but that is not exactly what I'm looking for since the time_worked would not be associated with any comment. TimeTaken is an attribute which can be associated with a comment. Anyone have any insights about solving this issue? Thanks.
